Cancellation & Refund Policy

The below policy applies to both Domestic & International Subscriptions and Individual purchases.

Cancellation of Kaamik's ExplorIn Box (Subscription),

Kaamik provides a simple and easy cancellation policy for the ExplorIn Snack Box subscription. At any point, you want to cancel the subscription, please send us an email at support@kaamik.com. We will terminate your subscription in the next 24 hours time.

Cancellation of Kaamik's Individual Items (Gifting),

You can raise a "cancel order" request before the package gets shipped for free. Once in transit, if you raise a cancel request it'll cost you 50% of your order cost. For gifting cancellation also raise "cancel request" to support@kaamik.com

Refund for Kaamik's ExplorIn Box (Subscription),

The recurring payment cycle (monthly) will be on the same date on which the initial order was placed. Ex: If you had subscribed on 12th January, 12th Feb will be the next payment date.

 

No refund will be made if you cancel the subscription after that month's payment cycle, the box will be sent out as usual for that month. The cancellation of the subscription applies from the next month.

Refund for Kaamik's Individual Items (Gifting),

If the order cancellation request is made before the package is sent out, then a 100% refund will be made to the same payment method used to make the purchase. Once in transit, if you cancel the order, only 50% of the order value will be refunded. We will initiate the refund as soon as we get the cancel request via email, it'd take 5-7 business days for the money to reflect in your bank account.

Any type of damage during the delivery and/or package is lost, please reach out to us at support@kaamik.com, we will ensure to send out another box to you for free!

PS: Don't forget our complete refund policy! If you didn't like the items in the box, do let us know over email or call, we will do a 100% refund! Taste is what matters!

All the refunds will happen to the same payment method that you used and will reflect in your account in 5-7 business days.
